**Sales Tax is only required for Direct Sales paid to Pacific Sun Systems or Pacific Management Group L.L.C.
**Payment for Brokered Sales are made to the OEM Direct via PayPal or Wire Transfer

All Customers hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pacific Management Group, it's subsidiaries or its successors against all injuries, suits, actions, claims, demands, penalties, fees, legal fees or damages that arise from the use of any product sold or marketed by our company.  Please understand some of these products and equipment can be dangerous and always purchase and use these products at your own risk.

Independent Dealer/Broker

Pacific Management Group,  it's subsidiaries and successors act as independent dealer-brokers for the products we sell. We are not manufacturers of any product. All warranties are issued and guaranteed by the respective manufacturer of each product. Pacific Management Group  it's subsidiaries and successors will we make every attempt to represent a warranty accurately. Pacific Management Group  it's subsidiaries and successors will act as liaisons and main support contacts for the duration of a given warranty, but Pacific Management Group,  it's subsidiaries and successors are not responsible for any breach in warranty. In the event of any warranty dispute Pacific Management Group,  it's subsidiaries and successors promise to fully disclose and share the most accurate manufacturer information that it has available. 

All sales should be considered final. Please check your invoice for lead times. We do not use cookies on our website. Please note all cancelled orders will result in a 30% Restocking Fees. A purchase order will be accepted and considered binding if written or spoken verbally. Any commitment, intent or promise to do business should be taken seriously as a binding contract. Our business, and all businesses are based on People. ​To help us safely and quickly process your credit card transaction, Please notify your credit card company or bank of the pending transaction if needed. Please Note any authorization, verbal or written acts as a binding purchase order and agreement to do business. Pacific Management Group,  it's subsidiaries and successors reserves the right to any and all generally accepted collection actions. Even one Declined transaction(s) is could result in processing through a secondary processing method such as but not limited to direct processing (direct use of card) of equivalent charges at the seller's discretion never to exceed the amounts authorized. Pacific Management Group,  it's subsidiaries and successors reserve the right to charge any payment method on file for any delinquent, late or past-due balance. The issuance of your payment method is an agreement to these terms, and an agreement to charge the respective payment method.

Waiver of Sovereign Immunity.

Any Party (Including but not limited to Indian Tribes, Foreign or Domestic Government Entities, Religious and/or Non Profits) that now or hereafter has a right to claim sovereign immunity for itself or any of its contracts, agreements or general "doings" hereby waives any such immunity to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.
